Scalable E-Commerce – Hollister Modern Web Platform
As part of a full digital brand refresh, I helped build Hollister’s new global e-commerce platform from the ground up — using Next.js, a headless CMS, and performance-optimized frontend architecture designed to scale with the brand.
Headless Architecture
Decoupled commerce backend using headless APIs and CMS (Hybris) for fully customizable brand experience. Used hybrid rendering with ISR and SSR to ensure fast delivery without sacrificing dynamic content. Designed and developed UI with atomic component patterns — reusable, testable, and scalable.
Every Page, Performance First
We designed and developed each key page of the customer journey — from homepage to checkout — with fast loads, clean code, and modern UX patterns that drive conversion and engagement.
Performance by Design
Lighthouse 90+, image optimization, lazy loading, font strategy, and minimal JS ensured excellent Core Web Vitals.
